A1 - We design websites that are edgy but still user-friendly.
Websites that are visually appealing, creative in design and also have great functionality.
They act as very effective as business promotion tools. We know the value of the
different web design features which can be used and we know which design features
work and why they work. Most importantly, we employ a personal touch with you our
clients; this means always contactable and willing to discuss your needs, providing
that personalised service.
A2 - Now you have decided to use DazzleCat is to give us a
brief outline on your requirements. This does not initially need to be very detailed
but the basics of what you require should be mentioned. Based on this we will also
advise on the type of hosting you require. Using this brief DazzleCat will create
an initial design for you.
This is then incrementally evolved with consultation from you until a satisfactory
design has been created. At this stage we will ask for content and images from you
to create the final website/application.
A3 - Generally the time involved in creating your website
is dictated by you. If DazzleCat know you have a deadline then we will try our best
to meet it. Additionally, most delays occur when waiting for content (text , images
etc) to be sent by the client.
A4 - The cost involved depends on the type of site you require.

However, a standard site will cost around £99, database driven and dynamic sites
are from £199 and a simple ECommerce site is from £299. It goes without saying that
each website/application is unique and should be treated as such, but these figures
should give you a good indication on costs.
A5 - You are free to contact anyone or any website directly
that you see featured on DazzleCat. Alternatively, view
examples of work by DazzleCat we have previously carried out.
A6 - Yes of course, we wil liase with you during all phases
of development, even setting up a website testing area for you on our servers.
A7 - We fully support every website that we design and build.
We are always willing and able to take your call should you want changes and enhancements
made.
A8 - No, we can quite easily take care of this for you. Our
hosting rates are very competitive and we cannot be beaten on quality and service!
However, if you would like to purchase your own domain name and hosting then we
are more than happy to advise you.
A9 - Yes, we can meet all your needs, no more needing to know
who to call or feeling lost. We can setup all your email address, take care of hosting
and even updates to your website.
A10 - We design all our websites to be search engine friendly,
so yes you will.
A11 - Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving
the volume and quality of traffic to a web site from search engines via "natural"
("organic") search results. Usually, the earlier a site is presented in the search
results, or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. All
our websites are designed to be fully omptised for search engines.
A12 - Yes, we can provide as many email addresses as your wish
if you host with us. These could be contact@yourdomain.com or sales@yourdomain.com.
A13 - Why not? We can install a complete credit card transaction
and shopping cart module to your website allowing you to take payments by PayPal
for example.
