A1 - We design websites that are edgy but still user-friendly. Our websites are visually appealing, creative in design and also have great functionality. They act as very effective as business promotion tools. We know the value of the different web design features which can be used and we know which design features work and why they work. Most importantly, we employ a personal touch with you our clients; this means always contactable and willing to discuss your needs, providing that personalised service.

A2 - Now you have decided to use DazzleCat, the next step is to give us a brief outline on your requirements. This does not initially need to be very detailed but the basics of what you require should be mentioned. Using this brief DazzleCat will create an initial design for you and propose ideas to you which we may feel appropriate.
This is then incrementally evolved with consultation from you until a satisfactory design has been created. At this stage we will ask for content and images from you to create the final website.

A3 - Generally the time involved in creating your website is dictated by you. If we know you have a deadline then we will try our best to meet it. However, most delays occur when waiting for content (text, images etc) to be sent by the client.

A4 - The cost involved depends on the type of site you require. However, a standard site will typically starts at around £349. It goes without saying that each website is unique and should be treated as such, but these figures should give you a good indication on costs.

A5 - You are free to contact anyone or any website directly that you see featured on DazzleCat. Alternatively, view our portfolio.

A6 - Yes of course, we will liaise with you during all phases of development, even setting up a website testing area for you on our servers as part of our service.

A7 - We fully support every website that we design and build. We are always willing and able to take your call should you want changes and enhancements to be made.

A8 - No, we can quite easily take care of this for you. Our website hosting rates are very competitive and we cannot be beaten on quality and service! However, if you would like to purchase your own domain name and hosting then we are more than happy to advise you.

A9 - Yes, we can meet all your needs, no more needing to know who to call or feeling lost. We can setup all your email address, take care of hosting and even updates to your website.

A10 - We design all our websites to be search engine friendly, so yes you will.

A11 - Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume and quality of traffic to a website from search engines via "natural" ("organic") search results. Usually, the higher a site is presented in the search results or the higher it "ranks", the more searchers will visit that site. All our websites are designed to be fully optimised for search engines.

A12 - Yes, we can provide as many email addresses as your wish if you host with us. These could be contact@yourdomain.com or sales@yourdomain.com.

A13 - Why not? We can install a complete credit card transaction and shopping cart module to your website allowing you to take payments by PayPal or Protx for example.
